Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns, but we want you to be happy with your order with us! If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do what we can to make it right! Please contact info@heartofvintage.com before placing your order if you would like additional information regarding sizing or the condition of any item! Please note that vintage and pre-loved items do have a story and can come with some minor wear and imperfections. We strive for full transparency and the best vintage quality with each item, and any major imperfection will be noted in the item's description. 

 

What is your shipping policy?

We currently only ship within the U.S., however please contact us if you are located internationally and you want to make a purchase! Heart of Vintage is not responsible for any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Please contact the shipment provider if any of these problems occur. As soon as an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive an email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to provide this information for you. 

 

How often do you add new items?

We aim to add new items to the shop weekly! Please check out our Instagram for sneak peeks and the latest product info.
